As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Mid-Tier/Program Manager, you will support client progress, supervise direct staff, and collaborate closely with BCBAs and other professionals.

Responsibilities

Assist BCBAs in developing and updating behavior plans, reassessments, graphing, and report writing
Train and support behavior technicians, conduct RBT competency assessments, and provide supervision hours as applicable
Deliver parent training using didactic and competency-based methods
Collect IOA and treatment fidelity data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure utilization of authorized hours
Manage a minimum of 30 billable hours per week, complete daily session notes, and plan schedules at least two weeks in advance
Participate in weekly BCBA meetings and collaborate across disciplines for client success

Required

Actively pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification
Minimum 2 years of ABA experience and prior supervisory experience
Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities

Masters or Masters in progress

Ability to meet physical demands of the role
