Human Resources Assistant
StoneRidge Senior Living Community is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join their award-winning Monarch Landing Community. The role involves maintaining HR records, participating in recruitment activities, and assisting with employee training and recognition programs.

Responsibilities
Maintains recordkeeping and tracking systems including personnel files, and HRIS data
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
Participate in recruitment activities (i.e., career fairs, open houses, etc.)
Coordinates training functions, and employee recognition programs
Assists with hosting New Employee Orientation to create a welcoming and hospitable environment
Assist with FMLA, Work Comp, and ADA as needed
Creating, and distributing flyers for HR-related information
Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned by HR Director
Monarch Landing fully embraces a culture of hospitality
Qualification
Required
High School Education or GED required
Able to handle multiple priorities
Able to work independently
Possess excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-task
Preferred
Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience with an HRIS program
