Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Hamilton Jewelers is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant software for administrative tasks
Handle billing, bookkeeping, and basic office management responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette
Assist with administrative projects including filing, photocopying, office supplies and organizing documents
Support personal assistant tasks as needed to help executives stay organized
