Sales Development Representative
Becklar is one of the fastest growing alarm monitoring companies in the country, dedicated to making the world a better place through their services. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for their video sales team.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, etc.)
Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads and cold prospects to qualify them based on company fit, budget, need, and decision-making authority
Outbound Outreach: Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, to generate interest in our products/services
Database Management: Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and document all sales activities
Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities for the team
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, lead status, and key metrics to management

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to engage with prospects, uncover pain points, and pitch solutions
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales engagement platforms
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferred but not required)
Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
Familiarity with SaaS products or technology services
Experience working in a B2B sales environment
