The VP will lead strategic growth initiatives and is responsible for driving franchise sales, managing broker relationships, overseeing deal negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial standards.

Responsibilities

Develop proven sales process and ensure adherence
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and broker groups
Drive franchise sales through effective selling skills and strategic outreach
Manage the acquisition pipeline and ensure alignment with company growth objectives
Negotiate listing prices with sellers and facilitate buyer-seller negotiations
Draft and manage Letters of Intent and Asset Purchase Agreements
Maintain deal momentum and resolve challenges to keep transactions on track
Analyze and interpret financial statements to support deal structuring
Oversee business valuations and succession planning
Ensure financial integrity throughout the development process
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract independent businesses and entrepreneurs
Represent the company at franchise shows and industry events
Ensure proper execution of Buyer Referral Agreements and Listing Agreements
Review and interpret Franchise Disclosure Documents for compliance
Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate risks and uphold regulatory standards
Manage and optimize development databases for tracking opportunities
Utilize Dynamics 365 and Monday.com for project management and CRM functions
Drive adoption of technology tools to streamline development processes
Coaches, mentors, and leads others to influence high performance
Manage team including quarterly performance reviews
Conduct team’s regular EOS meetings

Required

Proven experience in franchise development, mergers & acquisitions, or business brokerage
Strong understanding of financial analysis, business valuation, and succession planning
Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills
Familiarity with franchise legal documentation and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CRM, and project management tools
