This role owns PSYONIC’s social presence end to end, driving engagement, growing the audience, and creating compelling short-form content that reflects the innovation behind their work.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow PSYONIC’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Develop and execute social strategies focused on engagement and audience growth
Create engaging short-form video content tailored to each platform
Capture and edit social-first content as needed
Engage with our community through comments, messages, and conversations
Track performance, analyze results, and report on key growth and engagement metrics

Qualification

Social media managementContent creationAnalytical skillsSEOSEM knowledgeProject managementCommunication skills

Required

3-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand
Expert-level understanding of major social platforms and how content performs on each
Demonstrated success in driving notable growth and engagement on social media with established brands
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy
Experience with content creation, including basic video editing and graphic design
Working knowledge of SEO and SEM principles as they relate to content visibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with co-branded or co-marketing initiatives
Success generating traction and visibility with larger media outlets
Demonstrated success in driving notable growth and engagement on social media with established brands
