Marketing Lead
MAKS Enterprises is a globally renowned provider in the rebuilding of Electronic Automotive Modules. They are seeking a Marketing Lead to take ownership of creative execution and contribute to marketing strategy and business growth in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Produce product photography, including staging, shooting, and post-processing
Shoot and edit video content for social, product listings, and marketing campaigns
Create visual assets for both digital and physical use
Maintain a high bar for creative quality while working efficiently and independently
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
Support content ideation aligned with brand goals, launches, and promotions
Manage and grow the company’s YouTube channel
Upload and optimize videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, organization)
Support a consistent and scalable video content strategy
Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms
Identify trends, issues, and opportunities and communicate them internally
Help maintain a consistent, professional, and trustworthy brand voice
Create and maintain visual assets for company websites and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Support product listings with images, videos, and instructional or educational visuals
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to support new products and updates
Track and evaluate performance of content and campaigns across platforms
Use data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimization
Contribute ideas and recommendations that support business growth, conversion, and brand expansion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a high-growth, startup, or scrappy environment where wearing multiple hats was required
Hands-on experience with video editing, photography, and digital content production
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
Experience managing or contributing to YouTube or video-first platforms
Comfort working across multiple projects and platforms simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution
Marketing analytics mindset with an interest in performance, optimization, and growth
Preferred
Google Marketing experience or certification is a strong plus
