NAVA Software is looking for a PPM Project Manager Planview to lead a large-scale migration project for a financial services client. The role requires strong experience in managing enterprise-level PMO tools migration and coordinating across multiple business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Planview migration project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Work closely with PMO, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and migration approach
Ensure seamless migration of data, dashboards, workflows, resource plans, projects, and financials into Planview
Coordinate with Planview SMEs, developers, data migration specialists, and business users to ensure successful transition
Establish and track detailed project plans, risk logs, and mitigation strategies
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations
Ensure compliance with financial industry standards, security guidelines, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Drive UAT, training sessions, documentation, and post-migration support
Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to optimize project portfolio management (PPM) in Planview

Required

8+ years of IT Project Management experience
Mandatory experience leading Planview implementation or migration projects

Solid understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills
Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control in complex environments
