Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex IT initiatives, with experience spanning long-term, enterprise-level programs

Extensive hands-on involvement in SAP implementations, contributing across multiple roles and phases of delivery

Proven leadership guiding SAP transformations from planning through go-live, including coordination across business and technology teams

Strong technical foundation supported by a degree in information systems, computer science, or a related discipline

Experience operating within complex, distributed organizations where alignment, governance, and change management are critical

Formal training or certification in project management is a plus

Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, including scrum-based environments, is preferred
