Qualification
Required
12+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years leading S/4HANA greenfield implementations as Solution Architect / Program Lead
Deep hands‑on expertise with SAP, Best Practices, Guided Configuration, Roadmap assets
Strong configuration/solutioning in multiple S/4 core areas (MM, PP, SD, QM, EWM, PP‑DS) and Fiori
Proven data migration leadership (strategy, tools, mock runs, reconciliation) and cutover orchestration
Integration architecture experience (SAP BTP, APIs, IDoc/OData/REST; middleware experience is a plus)
Executive‑level communication; experience writing and presenting RFP/proposals and leading solution workshops
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
SAP certifications (S/4HANA, Activate)
Automotive client experience preferred
