Supervise the use of Rental Facilities located at Lockwood Folly Community Building
Open and close the Community Building for rentals
Complete weekly cleaning of the facility
Perform other duties as required

Qualification

Required

High school diploma (or GED)
Any combination of training and/or work experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position
Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; and/or up to 5 pounds of force frequently; and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
Valid driver's license
Current on Brunswick County taxes
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
For positions requiring work with children, selected candidates will be required to submit fingerprints to the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (NCSBI) for a pre-employment criminal history record check
