They are seeking a PRN Hospice LPN to assist with on-call needs, continuous care, and routine visits to patients, providing bedside care and support to families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Hospice LPN

This role is responsible for providing assistance in caring for our Hospice patients

You will provide bedside care to patients, support families and caregivers and work closely with the RN Case Manager

Otterbein Hospice complies with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, and Ohio Department of Health regulatory requirements

Required

Graduate of approved nursing program

Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

CPR certification

A minimum of 2 – 4 years' direct patient care experience in hospice or home care

Licensed driver with an automobile in good working condition
