Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamless service experience
Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor

Required

Excellent phone etiquette, and communication skills
A positive, patient, and active listener
Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus!)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
