Responsibilities
The Global Leveraged Finance team provides Summer Analysts with the opportunity to gain applicable experience in the origination, structuring and execution of Leveraged Finance transactions
The Summer Analyst will contribute to internal and external deal processes with respect to deal documentation and underwriting approvals, as well as in the preparation of marketing materials for pitch books for corporate and sponsor clients
Summer Analysts will need to be effective communicators capable of building relationships both internally and with clients
As a Summer Analyst, you will have the responsibility of providing detailed analytical, financial modeling, structuring, research and transaction support to senior professionals in your business, helping to win business and execute transactions
Qualification
Required
You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in a business related discipline at the time of the internship
Expected graduation date of December 2027 – June 2028
Knowledge of business, economics and/or finance acquired through education and experience
Strong interest in and knowledge of financial markets
Strong technical, computational and analytical skills
An understanding of credit analysis and accounting principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks, while maintaining strong attention to detail
Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
Proven ability to contribute to high performance teams
Ability to work within a non-public information environment requiring adherence to strict internal procedures
