Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure successful on-site execution of projects during night shifts
Manage and coordinate third-party labor teams to complete phasing plans each night
Identify and escalate any issues or potential challenges during project execution
Maintain clear and effective communication between site operations and senior leadership
Travel extensively across the continental US, focusing on retrofitting grocery buildings to meet new design standards
Conduct design reviews and oversee the installation of shelving to meet safety and health standards
Adapt to live operational environments, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within construction, grocery, or major retail sectors
Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities under pressure
Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft products, and software like Bluebeam and CAD
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 75%
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred
Previous experience working with Amazon or in a similar environment
Financial analysis skills to support project management decisions
PMP certification and a background in engineering or construction
