Responsibilities
Lead major components of monthly/quarterly/year-end close
Ensure accurate financial reporting and GAAP compliance
Assist in managing AP/AR oversight, reconciliations, cash flow activities, and 1099s
Maintain and improve accounting systems, workflows, and SOPs
Support audits, compliance, and ad-hoc financial reporting for leadership
Serve as a key partner in driving efficiency, clarity, and operational excellence within the Accounting and Finance function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent combination of experience)
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) & advanced Excel skills
Ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and think critically
