Director/ExecutiveTop Achievers Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Plano, Texas, focused on delivering holistic programs for youth. They are seeking a seasoned IT Director to develop and manage overall IT operations, support program growth, and enhance data-driven decision making to scale their initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities
The IT Director is responsible for supporting the COO and working with the management team to develop and manage overall IT operations
The IT Director is responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of strategic, tactical, and operational IT initiatives
Working with the COO and five Program Managers to develop and grow program capacities and improve workflows for the STEAM, Esports, Financial Literacy, Basketball, and Mentorship programs
Working with the TA team of staff and volunteers to automate processes that enable data to be collected, analyzed, and applied in a manner that helps TA grow and scale effectively
Surfacing actionable data that helps improve TA marketing & PR initiatives so as to attract and support more kids participating in the five TA programs
Providing leadership and guidance regarding opportunities to expand the reach and enhance the effectiveness of TA’s five programs
Represent TA to all constituents including youth, parents, volunteers, partners, donors, and others as an effective ambassador
Other duties as agreed upon with the COO
Qualification
Required
A successful track record of designing, building, operating, and supporting IT capabilities that support significant scalable growth
A strong ability to develop and achieve objectives while surfacing and applying data in support of objectives
Strong business acumen with a belief that technology should support business objectives rather than having business live within the confines of IT
A hands-on love of spreadsheets and a strong ability to move beyond spreadsheets to select and implement software applications as needed and as appropriate
A strong interest in marketing and the ability to use data to continually grow and improve operations based on market feedback
Excellent communications and team development skills with a proactive, anticipating, team building leadership orientation
A passion for serving diverse and underserved youth and their families
The ability to manage our web site and external web site manager so as to sustain high site availability while rapidly, easily, and reliably making web site updates and adjustments as needed to support evolving needs
An ability to manage IT well beyond our public web site to address intranet and extranet functionality
A very strong skillset and passion for Google Sheets and Google collaboration tools is required
A hands-on manager who is exceptionally strong with spreadsheets but who can also go well beyond spreadsheets to address IT including all facets of computing and networking, hardware and software, security, data collection and analysis, and more
Comfortable leading system and solution selection at an architectural level, a design and development level, and a deployment, operation, and support level including database design, app design and configuration, and UI design
A key initiative is to migrate our organization to powerful, flexible, easy to use and manage, cost-effective, and reliable CRM functionality
