Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Construction & Building Materials Industry
DH Pace Company is a family-owned business and industry leader in the distribution of commercial door products. They are seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to develop relationships with existing customers and secure new customers through prospecting activities in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Raleigh and surrounding areas
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must possess a Valid Driver's License
Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
Preferred
Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business – ideally calling on commercial accounts selling retrofit to end-users; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if 'mechanical' type products have been sold
Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
