They are seeking a Lead Mathematics Instructor who will develop customized lesson plans, assess student progress, and represent the organization in the community as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities
Developing and implementing customized lesson plans
Assessing student progress
Providing feedback to students and their families
Representing the organization in the community
Inspiring students and promoting educational programs
Engaging with various stakeholders, including students, parents, educators, and community partners
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
At least 2 years of full-time experience tutoring or teaching math at varying levels
Experience gathering and analyzing diagnostic assessment data
Track record of success through quantitative measures of student achievement
Strong understanding of mathematical concepts from elementary to advanced levels
Excellent knowledge of mathematic teaching strategies and interventions grounded in the research
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and lead with student assets
Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to student empowerment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings
Act as a representative of the organization in the community and at events
Preferred
Experience using technology for remote tutoring is a plus
