Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their unique challenges and objectives, facilitating the development of tailored solutions powered by Palantir technologies
Technology Deployment & Integration: Lead the deployment of Palantir Foundry and AIP, ensuring seamless integration with existing client systems and data infrastructure
Workshop Facilitation: Organize and conduct workshops aimed at empowering clients through hands-on training and collaboration on data analytics, visualizations, and operational models
Customization & Development: Design and implement custom applications and data models within Palantir, employing advanced features to cater to specific business requirements
Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align technical solutions with strategic business goals and industry best practices
AIP Utilization: Leverage Palantir’s AIP technology to enhance predictive analytics and optimize data workflows, ensuring clients maximize value from their data assets
Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Act as a liaison for client feedback to internal product teams, prioritizing feature requests and enhancements to improve the platform's efficacy
Problem Solving & Technical Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring that clients are supported effectively during and after implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Significant experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, and related technologies
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java is essential
Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proficiency to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
Background in application of data analytics solutions in environments such as infrastructure or project management, providing context for understanding client challenges
