Responsibilities
Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites
Partner with plant and operations leaders to identify and execute improvement opportunities
Train and coach teams on lean tools and methodologies
Lead Kaizen events and CI workshops
Apply tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Six Sigma
Standardize processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Analyze KPIs and operational data to measure impact and ROI
Present progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence
Proven success driving measurable improvements in manufacturing or distribution environments
Strong working knowledge of lean tools and methodologies
Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and Kaizen events
Preferred
Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
Packaging, corrugated, or similar manufacturing experience preferred
