Managing and processing purchase orders
Monitoring inventory levels for reorders
Assisting with day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities
Maintaining supplier relationships
Ensuring timely delivery of goods
Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and support business operations
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs/Sheets
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry, and basic reporting
Ability to learn new software and internal systems quickly
General computer savvy (email, file management, scanning, PDFs, etc.)
Purchase orders

Tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices
Maintaining procurement records and documentation
Reliable and dependable
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Comfortable handling confidential information
Willingness to learn procurement processes and terminology
Must have a High School Diploma
Prior administrative, purchasing, or office experience is a plus but not required
Preferred
Basic understanding of purchasing processes is a plus (but not required)
Experience in an administrative, office, or support role preferred
