Responsibilities

Answer incoming tier II telephone inquiries from various stakeholders

Research and interpret federal rules and procedures

Resolve member and provider issues related to the SoonerRide program

Initiate action to resolve transportation discrepancies

Assist with monitoring phone calls and educating call center personnel

Participate in member outreach and educational efforts

Identify and report system discrepancies
