Responsibilities
Answer incoming tier II telephone inquiries from various stakeholders
Research and interpret federal rules and procedures
Resolve member and provider issues related to the SoonerRide program
Initiate action to resolve transportation discrepancies
Assist with monitoring phone calls and educating call center personnel
Participate in member outreach and educational efforts
Identify and report system discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree
3½ years of combined education and experience
Knowledge of SoonerCare rules and agency policy
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred
2 years of direct OHCA Member or Provider Services experience
MMIS experience
2 or more years SoonerCare/Medicaid program experience
Medicaid claims resolution experience
Bilingual; fluent in oral & written Spanish
