Responsibilities
Provide assistance to the CEO in managing schedules, emails, and appointments
Assist with tracking and reporting of important client milestones
Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient use of the CEO's time
Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Create client profiles for prospect meetings
Assist with facilitation of ticket management on behalf of the firm
Dictate and distribute important meeting notes
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Assist in various day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
