Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success

Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency

Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service

Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs

Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals

Required

2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy

Familiarity with property management software (Yardi)
