Responsibilities
Design and develop control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms
Create electrical control panel designs, wiring diagrams, and I/O layouts
Develop and maintain control narratives, P&IDs, and functional specifications
Program, test, debug, and commission PLC and HMI applications
Integrate field devices such as sensors, VFDs, motors, valves, and instrumentation
Perform system testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT)
Troubleshoot control systems, networks, and field devices during startup and operations
Coordinate with mechanical, process, and project teams to ensure system integration
Support upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and cybersecurity best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts
