Responsibilities

Assist both internal and external customers with inquiries about our treasury management services
Work hand-in-hand with our Treasury Management Consultants (TMC) to create customized sales proposals, account structures, and financial documents
Prepare and review all the documentation for treasury management products, ensuring everything is complete and accurate
Assist with post-sale activities and larger meetings for complex implementations
Stay sharp with ongoing training and compliance requirements to ensure we stay on top of industry regulations

Qualification

Customer service experienceTreasury Management experienceRegulationsTrainingCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsMentoring

Required

At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a support role
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-departmentally
A knack for problem-solving and resolving issues independently
At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution, with 2 years focused on treasury management
A solid understanding of industry regulations like Reg. D, Reg. E, and BSA
The ability to train and mentor junior team members and help maintain top-tier procedures

Preferred

Experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Banking is a bonus, but not required
