Business Development Manager
Exact Staff is seeking an eager Business Development Manager to join our energetic, goal-oriented team. The primary role will be to expand staffing partnerships and drive revenue growth by developing new client relationships and identifying staffing needs within the workforce solutions industry.

Drive new business through outside sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, client visits, and local networking
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities within various industries and staffing verticals
Qualification
Required
Eager to break into sales and utilize business and relationship skills
Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or staffing sales
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (car reimbursement provided)
Valid identification proving your right to work in the United States
May be required to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred
Recent experience in the staffing industry is a plus
