Jobot is a growing company in the Manufacturing industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team. The role involves ensuring products meet quality standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes for all stages of manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products

Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met consistently

Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures, including APQP, PPAP, IATF, PFMEA, and Control Plans

Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality

Work with suppliers to ensure that all materials meet our quality standards

Train and mentor other team members on quality control processes and procedures

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects

Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
