Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-5 accounting professionals handling financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting

Lead monthly close process across 4 locations and ensure GAAP compliance

Oversee financial forecasting, annual budgets, and business activity reporting

Handle tax planning and file annual corporate tax returns

Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting guidelines

Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance

Provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations

Present financial recommendations on short- and long-term objectives to management

Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for staff
