Create Room is a DTC e-commerce brand focused on helping creators organize their spaces. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Creator Consultant) who will engage with customers in their Cedar Hills showroom, providing personalized consultations and guidance in their creative journey.

Responsibilities
Welcome and engage visitors in our showroom, offering personalized tours and product consultations
Conduct virtual sales appointments and phone consultations with incoming leads
Listen to customer needs and recommend the best Create Room setup for their space, lifestyle, and craft interests
Build meaningful relationships and provide supportive, pressure-free guidance
Schedule and manage in-person appointments
Maintain a warm, inviting showroom environment and product presentation
Contribute to live videos, product demonstrations, and occasional social content filmed in the showroom
Track leads, appointments, and follow-up communications in CRM tools
Collaborate closely with our sales, community, and marketing teams
Qualification
Required
Full-time, on-site role in Cedar Hills, UT showroom
A natural people-person who loves conversation and connection
Comfortable meeting customers in person and via virtual calls
Confident speaking on camera for livestreams or social content when needed
Passionate about crafting, sewing, quilting, DIY, or another creative hobby
Friendly, empathetic, and great at listening to customer needs
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a steady flow of appointments
Energized by being in a creative, community-oriented environment
Excited to work full-time onsite in our Cedar Hills showroom

Basic comfort working in CRM or scheduling tools
Prior experience in creative, crafting, or maker communities (highly valued — not required)
