Responsibilities

Manage accounting transactions and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies
Maintain and enforce proper accounting processes; Update documentation as business needs evolve
Perform a variety of core accounting functions, including
Prepare audit financial schedules and assist with audit planning
Review and streamline internal controls and processes
Perform other related duties as needed

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)
3-5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience
Key skills: Payroll, GL Accounting, NetSuite, Advanced Excel
Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
NetSuite (or similar ERP) experience
Advanced Excel; Proficient in Microsoft Word
Strong research, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work independently
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
