Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on the Medicare Stars Program, providing guidance on technical specifications, timelines, and performance measures

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain measure tracking in alignment with the Stars dashboard

Manage vendor contracting, oversight, and performance

Collaborate with internal teams and measure owners to ensure alignment with program objectives

Deliver executive-level updates and presentations to leadership on a monthly basis

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and CMS regulations

Perform additional duties as assigned
