They are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join their Ferrari Silicon Valley team, responsible for assisting in sales contract preparation, client follow-ups, and ensuring smooth operations within the dealership.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and submitting sales contracts to lenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements
Package and mail complete funding packets to lenders, ensuring all necessary documentation is included, and track delivery to confirm receipt
Follow up with clients directly to ensure completeness of all documentation
Act as the primary contact for lenders, addressing issues that arise during the financing process
Ensure wires are received and the wire log updated
Work with the DMV team to ensure all necessary documents are provided and processed quickly and accurately, expediting vehicle registrations
Obtain out-of-state registrations from clients within a reasonable timeframe
Maintain the CRM system, ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate
Work with Sales and Aftersales teams to monitor and complete the monthly CSIA/CSIS checklist before the due date
Assist Sales Manager In maintaining and updating the vehicle order bank
Monitor and update the sales team with the progress of vehicles in production
Submit vehicle invoices to the business office
Support the Service Department by scheduling appointments and conducting follow-up calls after each service appointment
Assist in Marketing activations when necessary
Answer phones and direct clients to the appropriate departments, clearly communicating customer inquiries
Meet and greet clients
Responsible for updating the sales team of vehicle inventory and providing the business office with inventory invoices
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Perform other duties as assigned by Management to support dealership operations
