Responsibilities

Identify and implement operational improvements to ensure high quality service to patients

Support the Pediatric Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Program, Center for Advanced 3D+ Technologies (CA3D+), and other nursing/physician clinical support as needed

Implement and monitor the operations of the Pediatric Cardiac MRI program and CA3D+ including clinical scheduling, insurance authorizations, documentation, financial reporting, IT systems, facilities, and procedures to ensure compliance with clinical standards
