Responsibilities
Landing the first deals and establishing Lyzr as the gold standard for banking automation
Selling Agentic AI for Loan Processing, Underwriting, KYC/AML, and Regulatory Compliance
Selling AI Agents for Customer Support, Onboarding, and Monitoring
Automating HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance within the bank
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Enterprise Software Sales
At least 4 years specifically selling data/AI/cloud infrastructure into Tier 1/2 Banks or large Credit Unions
Mastery of MEDDPICC
Track record of closing $250k–$1M+ ARR deals
Comfortable discussing VPC deployments, data privacy, and security governance in a regulated environment
Ability to navigate the Office of the CIO and Chief Data Officer
