Customer Support Agent- Bilingual Spanish/English

The Customer Support Agent will deliver Tier 1 support to borrowers and installer partners, ensuring excellent communication and problem resolution across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent phone, text, and email support to troubleshoot borrower and installer issues in real-time in English & Spanish
Provide technical support to customers using our technology platform
Collaborate with account managers to provide program support to partners
Liaise application support between borrowers, sales representatives, TriBeam Risk, and TriBeam’s Tech Support, during the loan origination and solar installation process
Create learning content, provide ongoing trainings, and be in service to our installer partners
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes
Maintain accurate records in our case management system
Support the development and implementation of new operational processes
Test new customer interfaces to ensure platform robustness
Qualification
Required
2+ years of direct customer or technical support experience, preferably in a solar environment
Ability to work an 8-hour schedule, with a 1-hour lunch based during our Support hours
Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish
Start-up experience or mentality; open to change and new ideas
Warm and patient demeanor on the phone; able to build rapport with people quickly
Experience working with Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Mail/Calendar
Tech savvy; comfortable learning new technologies
Strong organizational, cross functional collaboration, and communications skills
Steadfast attention to detail
Deep respect for consumer privacy and protection
Able to identify and propose solutions for customer experience or process gaps
Flexible and positive attitude
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
