Required

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or related fields)

Experience with program development, marketing, and recruitment of youth participants
Strong organizational, writing, and program implementation skills
Leadership skills
Enthusiasm about helping inner-city youth succeed
