This fully remote role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful litigation work, including complex cases and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare substantive memoranda
Manage case strategy, deadlines, and all aspects of case progression
Participate in depositions, mediations, witness interviews, and trial preparation
Attend hearings and assist in trial as needed
Work closely with senior attorneys and partners across all stages of litigation
Handle a variety of matters, including:
Government tort liability & public entity defense
Civil rights & constitutional claims (e.g., excessive force, wrongful arrest)
ERISA, disability, life, health, and other insurance/benefits litigation
Communicate effectively with clients, experts, TPAs, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
3–9 years of substantive litigation experience
Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases concurrently
Admission to the State Bar of California
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performance team
