Financial Advisor
The Well is a growing wealth management firm with a strong marketing engine and a relationship-first model. They are seeking a Lead Financial Advisor to guide clients through a structured planning process and convert them into long-term clients.

Responsibilities
Lead client discovery meetings and deliver comprehensive retirement-focused planning
Convert warm leads (including seminar/event attendees) into clients through a structured process
Present recommendations across investment, risk management, and retirement income strategies
Own primary client relationships post-close with strong internal support
Partner with leadership to refine process, messaging, and client experience
Participate in occasional evening events (seminars/workshops)
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of client-facing advisory experience with demonstrated closing success
Comfort leading client meetings end-to-end (discovery → plan → close → ongoing relationship)
Organized, process-driven, and confident communicating recommendations
Licenses: Series 65 (or equivalent) and Life & Health (active or able to obtain quickly)
Preferred
CFP® strongly preferred (or similar advanced planning background)
