Responsibilities

Design and implement Anaplan solutions at an enterprise scale rarely seen elsewhere, supporting one of the largest and most complex sales organizations in the world

Impact Google Cloud's growth trajectory by providing the platform for strategic sales planning, territory management, quota setting, and sales compensation

Solve challenging problems involving large data sets, intricate business logic, and integration with Google's internal systems and cloud technologies

Collaborate with a set of stakeholders across business, operations, and engineering teams

Contribute to the evolution of the Anaplan ecosystem within GCBP, driving best practices and innovation

Qualification

Anaplan model buildingSales planning systemsSQL proficiencyAnaplan certificationsData integration principlesTechnical process analysisRelational databasesCross-functional collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support)

8 years of experience designing and implementing sales planning, forecasting, or sales compensation systems

Experience with Anaplan model building

Preferred

Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certifications

Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects

Experience integrating Anaplan with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses)

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases

Deep understanding of data integration principles

Strong technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture
