Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a holistic product strategy, including product vision, coverage strategy, underwriting rules, forms, and go-to-market requirements
Oversee full product lifecycle management, including enhancement of existing programs, creation of new offerings, and expansion into new states, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with profitability targets
Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team across product management, actuarial pricing, market research, state specialization, customer journey, and technical product implementation
Qualification
Required
15+ years of product leadership experience in property insurance, including exposure to E&S or non-admitted homeowners or commercial property
Deep knowledge of rate, rule, and form development, underwriting logic, program management, actuarial pricing processes, and multi-state product launches
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments and to build and scale high-performing, cross-functional teams with strong collaboration across underwriting, engineering, operations, and distribution
