Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC processes and procedures for modular electrical projects
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformities promptly
Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of modular electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Manage project documentation, including QA/QC records, inspection reports, and as-built drawings
Primary point of contact for QA/QC-related matters with clients
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their quality expectations
Analyze QA/QC data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance overall project quality and efficiency

Required

Proven track record of successfully managing quality assurance and control for large-scale projects

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proficient in QA/QC software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards
