Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between clients and banking institutions to address and resolve complex operational matters
Oversee the complete new account process, including the meticulous review of subscription agreements and due diligence materials
Partner across internal teams, including operations and accounting, to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow
Process client transactions and general inquiries with speed, precision, and a high level of discretion
Adhere rigidly to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance guidelines to mitigate risk
Assist in the logistical coordination of client engagements, including high-level meetings and calls

Required

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
Undergraduate degree focused on Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline

Advanced technical skills, specifically within the Microsoft Office ecosystem and PDF management tools
High level of attention to detail and superior organizational capabilities
Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile individuals and leadership
