Responsibilities
Bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with real customer problems in risk and compliance (no prior finance background required)
Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including Fortune 500 companies
Operate as one team: collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and directly influence product direction with customer feedback
Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that scale customer success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role is beneficial but not strictly required
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing and unstructured data analysis
