Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Working closely with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals
Executing portions of new Project Consultant training program that is determined to be your responsibility
Accountable for completing a full demo for each new Project Consultant in the initial training period and prior to a new Project Consultant being issued appointments
Providing ongoing mentorship and direction to all new Project Consultants after completion of basic sales training
Responsible for coaching one demo minimum on every non-training, non-meeting day, primarily with reps whose net close is over 25%
Completing a minimum of 18 ride-along visits per month focused on new Project Consultants and the middle 50%
Managing a team of 10-15 Project Consultants
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strategic thinking and problem solving
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of initiative and self-motivation
Preferred
2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
