Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display
Configure, manage, and validate conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency
Collaborate with account management and creative teams to align campaign strategy with client goals and objectives
Test and refine targeting, bidding, creative, and messaging strategies to maximize results
Contribute to the development of scalable processes and reporting frameworks for the paid media department
Support the expansion of Oz’s digital advertising services beyond the automotive and powersports industries
Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices in paid media management

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display)
On-site only in our Layton, Utah office
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling
Proven ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make strategic recommendations
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
A proactive, driven mindset with the desire to grow into a leadership role

Preferred

Agency experience or experience working with multiple clients is preferred
Familiarity with automotive or powersports marketing is a strong plus
