This high-level volunteer role requires a seasoned leader to manage climate impact projects and oversee undergraduate fellows, ensuring effective execution and resource alignment.

Responsibilities
Own the execution of climate projects within local school districts and community organizations, ensuring initiatives move from the planning phase to completion
Lead and coordinate a high-caliber team of Industry Experts, FCC Fellows, and Volunteers, aligning their specialized skills to meet project milestones
Identify bottlenecks and deploy talent where it’s needed most. You are the one who ensures the right expert is in the right room at the right time
Qualification
Required
High-level operator with expertise in climate initiatives
Experience in strategic project oversight within local school districts and community organizations
Ability to lead and coordinate a high-caliber team of Industry Experts, FCC Fellows, and Volunteers
Proven track record of executing and managing large-scale projects
Strong leadership skills to inspire and command diverse groups
Deep commitment to the local community and climate resilience in Portland
