Responsibilities
Support Analyst to resolve Business Process Outsourcing standard audits
Conduct ad hoc performance research as requested
Perform data maintenance tasks upon request
Interact with clients via email, phone and in person
Work closely with Performance Analyst to ensure cohesive customer service
Support the Analyst with day to day responsibilities
Communicate with clients at a Tier III communication level – day to day communication on requests, tickets, and processing status
Track time spent by client, project and task in approved time keeping system
Respond to client tickets via Service Desk and includes all applicable supporting documents and background information in ticket
Archive client communication in Super Office
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service and client communication experience
Detail oriented
Technical/analytical nature
Able to maintain level of accuracy despite repetitive routines
Produce consistent, accurate, quality work output
